SEGMENT MARKETING MANAGER

(HUGE MNC)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement voice marketing plans and strategies encompassing packaging/bundling, pricing, to achieve maximum market share and revenue growth
  • Create customize pricing/packages that differentiate the value proposition of different customers
  • Work with in-house business units to develop services, which could be packaged for corporate customers and business partners
  • To provide tactical pricing support
  • To develop and implement marketing plans and strategies encompassing market segmentation, product positioning, product mix, packaging/bundling, pricing and policies to develop/stimulate (new) incremental business to achieve maximum wallet share and revenue growth
  • To identify customers’ needs and high growth areas/ trends and implement target marketing programs on a tactical basis.  These include analyzing their wallet share and scoping of addressable market to do account profiling

Requirements: 

  • Degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent
  • Good analytical skill, capable of doing in-depth analysis, providing in-sight to customer trends, market needs and possible packages to address gaps identified
  • Resourcefulness to acquire customer/product knowledge and market information.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
